By visiting or shopping on the Ammo City Supply website, you accept the following terms and conditions and agree to the following statements. Please read them carefully.
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Site from time to time are hereby expressly incorporated herein by reference. Ammo City Supply reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason, including changes in the economy, political and legislative changes, etc., without notice.
We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of the Terms and Conditions, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of such change.
It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. You will be subject to, and will be deemed to have been made aware of and to have accepted, the changes in and revised Terms and Conditions by your continued use of the Site after the date such revised Terms and Conditions are posted.
Customer Affidavit
- I am twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
- By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Ammo City Supply is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.
- I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a felony crime.
- I will not use products purchase from AmmoCitySupply.com in an unlawful manner.
- I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind.
- I never have been nor do I expect to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- I am not a fugitive from justice.
- I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substance.
- I have not been adjudicated as mentally incompetent nor have I been committed to any mental institution.
- I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a nonimmigrant alien.
- I never have been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
- I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.
Agreement to Indemnify and Defend for Misrepresentation
If any of the above statements under the “Customer Affidavit” section of these Terms and Conditions are untrue, you agree to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and pay to defend Ammo City Supply and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any resulting damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, civil liability, or criminal prosecution.
Product Sales
These terms apply to all product sales from Ammo City Supply and may be supplemented by more specific terms when an order is placed.
Orders
All products offered for sale are subject to availability and Ammo City Supply's acceptance of your order. After you place an order on our site, we will send you an email acknowledging your order. This order acknowledgment means that your order has been received; it does not mean that your order has been fulfilled, shipped, or that the price of an item has been confirmed, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Upon shipment of your order, you should receive an email with your tracking information.
Ammo City Supply reserves the right at any time to accept, decline or cancel any order or limit order quantity for any reason. Ammo City Supply uses its best efforts to fulfill orders, however, there may be instances in which a product is out of stock or unavailable.
Ammo City Supply may revise, discontinue or modify products at any time without prior notice to you and products may become unavailable without notice. Ammo City Supply shall have no liability of any kind if any product is not available.
If you abandon your Cart or it sits idle for longer than 30 minutes, any products you have selected will revert to inventory.

Fulfillment
Most product orders are shipped within 2-3 working days. Shipping times are estimates only, and not a guarantee that the product will be delivered on the specified date. We will not be liable for any loss or expense which you may incur as a result of any delay in the delivery of your order. Ammo City Supply assumes no liability for damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. We are likewise not responsible for It is your responsibility to ensure parcels can be delivered free from theft or exposure to rain, snow, excessive humidity or temperature extreme. Claims for incorrect or missed shipments must be made to Ammo City Supply Customer Support (at admin@AmmoCitySupply.com) within 10 days of order acknowledgment/shipment or are deemed waived. In the even that you submit a mis-shipment or damage claim to Ammo City Supply, you will be asked to provide photographic evidence. Please note that the shipper (Ammo City Supply) must be the party that files any claims with the carrier on damaged or missing shipments, not the customer. Carrier will not approve claims filed by shipment recipients.
Shipping Destination Restrictions
Ammo City Supply does not ship outside the United States or to Alaska, California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington D.C., or any other area within the United States where we are prohibited by law from shipping product. If you attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled.
Order Cancellation by Customers
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, so the moment you place your order our system starts preparing your products to ship. This means that you may not cancel or change your order once it has been submitted. (Some exceptions may apply.) Additionally, for your security, we cannot alter any product information or credit card charges after your order has been submitted. Once orders are placed the delivery can be refused and once delivered back to us and inspected, you will receive a refund.
Order Cancellation by Ammo City Supply
We do not like canceling orders, but we reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not abide by these Terms and Conditions. If we choose to cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the full purchase amount.
Refusal to Accept Delivery
By placing an order with Ammo City Supply, you agree to accept delivery of your order at the shipping address designated during checkout. If you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order, then you may forfeit the full purchase amount, including any taxes and shipping fees, if applicable. To be clear, you may not receive a refund if you fail or refuse to accept delivery of your order. We understand recipient schedules may not always align with carrier delivery schedules, so we remind customers that both FedEx and UPS offer customers the ability to hold packages until they can be picked up. Returns
All sales of ammunition are final and usually are not to be returned. (Some exceptions may apply.) In the event that you submit a mis-shipment or damage claim to Ammo City Supply, you will be asked to provide photographic evidence. Please note that the shipper (Ammo City Supply) must be the party that files any claims with the carrier on damaged or missing shipments, not the customer. Carrier will not approve claims field by shipment recipients.
Credit Card Information
You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase of product from Ammo City Supply, including credit card number, the expiration date, your billing address and your shipping information. By submitting such information, you grant Ammo City Supply the right to provide such information to our third party-fulfillment service provider to facilitate the transaction. You agree to pay all charges that you incur on the website at the prices in effect when incurred, including without limitations any taxes and shipping/handling charges, if applicable. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit cards used in connection with any transaction.
Pricing
Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Ammo City Supply reserves the right to change prices for products displayed on the website at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. (Please note that your Order Acknowledgment means that your order request has been received; it does not mean that your order has been shipped or that the price of an item has been confirmed.)
Compliance with Laws
It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession or use of any item purchased from Ammo City Supply. By placing an order, you represent that the order is lawful and will be used in a lawful and appropriate manner.
